Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed in 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday's or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If for some reason there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via phone or email.
Delivery time is dependent on the availability of the product you are ordering.
In St. Louis, delivery is primarily serviced through our transportation company, DeliverPro. Delivery days are dependent on the location of the delivery and the availability of product. If ordering in store, a Mattress Direct Sleep Specialist will offer you several days that are available for delivery. The time windows for stops are scheduled the day prior to the delivery. You will receive a call with your two-hour time window for delivery the day before your scheduled delivery date. The delivery team will also call when they have completed the stop before yours to let you know that they are on the way to your home.
If ordering in store, you will also have the option to pick up the products you are purchasing. Again, a Mattress Direct Sleep Specialist will give you information on where you can pick up products from. If a product is available for pick up at the Mattress Direct Warehouse, you will be given the address and date your products will be available. You will be able to visit the warehouse Monday-Saturday 10AM-3PM. If the product you are purchasing is available at another Mattress Direct showroom location, the Sleep Specialist will inform you which location has your product. You are able to pick up from other showrooms during normal business hours Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-6PM, and Sunday 11AM-5PM, excluding holidays.
Most products are available to ship within 7 days of the date the order is processed. Some items will ship in 24 hours, others in a couple days, and others will take several weeks, especially custom orders. We ship orders as soon as the product is available.
In Home Delivery. We want your delivery to be as smooth and efficient as possible. Our professional team will set up your new products and remove the old mattress and foundation, provided they are in clean and sanitary condition. Please be prepared for your delivery by removing all linens from your current set, and ensuring that there is a clear path to the room. Furniture, waterbeds, adjustable bases, and bed frames cannot be moved or removed. In the unlikely event that there is damage to your merchandise or property during delivery, please notify the installation team and contact your showroom.
Direct Assure. We are happy to have helped you select the right mattress. After a minimum of sixty nights, but before a year has elapsed, if you find the mattress you have selected is not right for you, you may come back to your original showroom and select a different mattress. In the event that you enact your Direct Assure, there is a $99.99 cost associated with packaging and transporting your initial selection and delivering your replacement mattress. The original purchase price of the mattress will be applied to your replacement mattress, and you are responsible for the difference if you select a higher priced set. No refunds are available for any difference should your reselection be a lower priced set.
To be eligible for Direct Assure, merchandise must have accompanying law tag still attached and be stain and damage free. If at the time of service your mattress is found to no longer have its law tag or is stained or damaged in any way, your Direct Assure will be voided and the cost of service and delivery will not be refunded.
Direct Assure entitles you to a one-time reselection and outright returns or refunds are not permitted. Direct Assure cannot be used to change the size of your mattress, and is not valid on clearance pieces, floor models, special orders, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, or accessories. These items are non-returnable. Clearance, as-is items, or floor models do not carry the normal manufacturer’s warranty.
In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer's warranty, Mattress Direct is not able to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary.
In the event that you choose to exchange your foundation after delivery due to a height issue, there will be a charge of $99.99 to exchange the foundation. This fee will cover delivery, set-up, and packaging and removal of the existing foundation.
